Green Orach – Atriplex hortensis
Also known as Orach, this bright green variety is open-pollinated right here on site! Orach is related to spinach so leaves are edible. Later in the season, the seed pods form, and are beautiful in arrangements, as dried material, or will readily self-sow. Winter hardy in Zone 8 PNW climate.
Collected in 2021 for 2022 growing season. Best directly sown.
