Tradescantia zebrina: Houseplant

Great House Plant!

Tradescantia zebrina, formerly known as Zebrina pendula, is a species of spiderwort more commonly known as an inchplant or wandering jew. The common name is shared with closely related species T. fluminensis and T. pallida.

Care Instructions:

1. Plant Feed. Apply a balanced liquid fertilizer once every month during growing season.
2. Watering. Water every 5 to 7 days depending on light and temperature. Keep soil evenly moist, but not soggy.
3. Soil. All-purpose potting mix.
4. Basic Care Summary. Water thoroughly but allow soil to dry slightly between waterings.
